About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform and be capable of mentoring junior developers and driving best development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products based on business requirements.
- Create and optimize Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Automation.
- Develop scalable and reusable Lightning Components following Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex business requirements.




- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Optimize application performance and maintain system security.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Apex Programming.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Aura Components and Visualforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Security Model.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Platform Events, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, and Named Credentials.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or CI/CD deployment tools.
- Robust understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
