Where You’ll Make a Difference

- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings.
- Configure and support standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Manage user onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
- Maintain data quality and governance through imports, cleansing, deduplication, and monitoring activities.
- Support releases, testing, deployments, and change management processes.
- Monitor system performance, adoption, and usage metrics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Manage integrations, API access, and related security considerations when required.

What Makes You the Right Fit

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any other related discipline.




- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and/or Billing.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Page Layouts, Record Types, Permission Sets).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale data and complex security models.
- Experience working within agile development or sprint-based environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Solid problem-solving ability with a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-first mindset.
- Effective listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

How Would You Stand Out?

- Understanding of integration concepts and tools (e.g., SOAP, REST APIs).
- Knowledge of data governance, change management, and release management practices.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications is preferred.
