Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Lucknow and Kolkata . The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the capability to build and manage a high-performing sales team while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
1. Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
4. Conduct sales meetings, review reports, and ensure timely follow-up of leads.

7.Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
1. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis for management.
2. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.

MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales .

Experience in handling a sales team and driving revenue growth.

Strong network and business development skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
