Zynaptic Academy is a placement-readiness edtech company that helps colleges get their students job-ready. Our products — Placement OS and Campus OS — give institutions a complete system to train, assess, and place students. We're an early-stage, fast-moving team, and this role puts you at the front line of how we grow across Tamil Nadu.The Role
You'll be the face of Zynaptic on the ground — walking into colleges, meeting the people who decide, and bringing back orders. This is a hands-on field sales role for someone who enjoys travel, conversation, and closing.
What You'll Do
- Approach engineering and arts & science colleges across Tamil Nadu to generate orders for Placement OS / Campus OS
- Meet Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), HODs, Principals, and college management
- Present and demo our platform clearly and confidently
- Build and manage a pipeline of college leads — from first contact to closed deal
- Travel across Tamil Nadu as needed to meet campuses and attend education events
- Follow up consistently, negotiate, and close subscriptions/orders
- Keep records updated (CRM/reports) and share ground-level feedback with the team
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication in Tamil and English
- Confidence to speak with senior college officials and present to a room
- Willingness to travel anywhere within Tamil Nadu, at short notice
- Comfortable with a versatile schedule (college timings, events, and campus drives vary)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent
- Freshers welcome — attitude and communication matter more than a sales resume
- A two-wheeler and driving licence is a plus

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
