Title : Senior Sales Executive – Road Safety Products (Construction & Transportation Infrastructure) SMA INFRAA PROJECTS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead sales operations for road safety products within the construction and transportation infrastructure industry. This individual will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing state-wide sales coverage, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets to unlock lucrative performance incentives. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution:** Drive sales of road safety components (e.g., Signages, crash barriers, reflective signs, Road Studs, safety cones, etc.) across road construction projects. Provide state-wide coverage, conduct regular client visits, and monitor regional demand.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for incentives. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, agencies, and infrastructure developers. Maintain in-depth understanding of road safety products to effectively demonstrate value and compliance standards.





Document all sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback to support data-driven decision-making though structured report mechanism Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state to manage accounts and drive current business. Preferences - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, mechanical engineering or any related field.

- 2 years of proven sales experience in key sectors.
- Deep understanding of transportation safety norms and construction protocols.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in and Microsoft Office tools like word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
