We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the sales of our University and College ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will identify prospective educational institutions, build relationships with key decision-makers, conduct product presentations, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate recent business opportunities within universities, colleges, and higher education institutions. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and field visits. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for institutional stakeholders, including management, principals, registrars, IT heads, and administrative teams.

Understand customer requirements and propose ERP solutions that address operational and academic needs.



Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations. Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, negotiation, contract closure, and handover to the implementation team.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and improve customer engagement. Track sales activities and update CRM with accurate customer information, meeting notes, and sales forecasts.

Represent the company at education conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and industry events. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
