Job Title Senior Sales Executive – Interior Design Job Summary

Aren Studio is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and convert qualified leads into successful interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential interiors, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with homeowners.

This role is focused on achieving sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

● Attend and manage walk-in customers, website enquiries, and qualified leads.

● Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.

● Conduct client meetings and explain Aren Studio's design process, products, and services.

● Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

● Negotiate pricing and close interior design projects.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until project confirmation.

● Coordinate with the design team for concept discussions and customer presentations.

● Ensure accurate customer information and sales activities are updated in the CRM.

● Build strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

● Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover after booking.

● Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

● Represent Aren Studio professionally at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities whenever required.

● Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior design sales, modular furniture sales, or home interior solutions.

● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

● Knowledge of residential interiors, materials, modular furniture, and project workflows.
