Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage recruitment teams across volume and lateral hiring.
- Drive client delivery, team productivity, and recruitment KPIs.
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Recruiters to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely closures.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, improve processes, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth.

Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry.
- Proven experience in leading large recruitment teams and managing client delivery.
- Solid expertise in volume hiring, lateral hiring, and people management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
