Job Summary

T&M; Services Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter Executive Search with a proven track record in Executive Search, Headhunting, Talent Mapping, and Leadership Hiring. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing and closing mid-level, senior-level, and leadership positions across multiple industries while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level, senior-level, and leadership positions.
- Execute Executive Search assignments through headhunting, talent mapping, and market mapping.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, networking, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through telephonic and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate follow-ups, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of niche and leadership talent.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Update recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor hiring performance, closures,



and recruitment metrics.
- Track monthly billing, revenue, and target achievement.
- Generate recruitment dashboards and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Achieve monthly recruitment, closure, and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Executive Search or Recruitment Consulting.
- Strong expertise in Executive Search, Headhunting, Talent Mapping, Market Mapping, and Leadership Hiring.
- Experience hiring for mid-level, senior management, and leadership positions across multiple industries.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, networking, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Filters, Charts, and MIS reporting.
- Experience in preparing recruitment MIS, monthly trackers, dashboards, and revenue reports.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
