We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, responsive, and enterprise-grade applications while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.

Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following modern frontend best practices.

Develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces from Figma or design system specifications.

Optimize application performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.

Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and backend microservices.

Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, or similar state management libraries.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers,



and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.

Participate in frontend architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality guidelines.

Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using modern testing frameworks.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application reliability and scalability.

Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Continuously evaluate and adopt contemporary frontend technologies and development best practices. We're Searching for Someone With

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

Strong expertise in React.js and its ecosystem.

Excellent proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

Experience with Next.js, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), routing, and API routes.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive design, and contemporary CSS frameworks.

Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Good understanding of frontend architecture and reusable component design.

Familiarity with Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar component libraries.

Experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm, and Yarn.

Strong understanding of browser rendering, networking, caching, web performance, and security best practices.





Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to mentor junior developers and lead frontend initiatives. Good to Have

Experience with gRPC or gRPC-Web integrations.

Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Knowledge of Docker and containerized application development.

Experience with Micro Frontend architecture.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or other GenAI tools.

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementation.

Experience working on SaaS products or enterprise-scale applications.
