Applicantz is seeking a motivated and experienced QA Automation Tester III to join our engineering team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on designing and implementing test automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality cloud-native applications using modern QA and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain automated UI/API/backend tests.

- Develop reusable automation frameworks.

- Collaborate with engineering teams.

- Participate in test planning, execution, and release validation.

- Integrate automation into CI/CD.

- Splunk and other observability tools.

- Use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity.

- Contribute to QA process improvements.

- Own QA automation deliverables for assigned features.

- Mentor less experienced team members as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

- 4–7 years of Quality Engineering/Test Automation experience.

- Experience with Cucumber, REST Assured or equivalent.

- Load and performance testing.

- Mock and Contract Testing.

- Java or Python programming.

- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, Docker and CI/CD.

- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools.

- Robust analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Playwright, Cypress, Javascript experience

- SaaS testing experience.

- Performance or reliability testing exposure.

- Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.

- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications.
