– Salesforce Senior QA / Lead QA (8 Resources) Position Title Salesforce Senior QA / Lead QA Experience Required 5+ Years Open Positions We are looking to hire a total of 8 Senior QA / Lead QA professionals, with 2 resources required in each of the following specialized areas: 2 Resources – Marketing Cloud QA 2 Resources – Consumer Goods Cloud QA 2 Resources – Commerce Cloud QA 2 Resources – Playwright + Salesforce Cloud QA Job Summary We are seeking experienced and highly capable Salesforce Senior QA / Lead QA professionals with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, quality assurance, and automation across specialized cloud platforms. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving end-to-end QA activities, ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and business readiness of Salesforce implementations across multiple cloud solutions. This hiring is focused on strengthening our QA capability in key Salesforce domains, and we strongly prefer candidates with industry-specific QA experience relevant to the respective cloud areas, as this will help accelerate onboarding and improve delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end QA activities across Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and releases. Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for cloud-specific business processes. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT support testing.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to validate requirements and business flows. Identify, track, and validate defects and ensure timely closure. Ensure robust testing coverage for integrations, data validations, cloud workflows, and end-to-end business processes.

Support manual and automation testing efforts where applicable. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and production validation activities. Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to quality best practices.
