Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement, including vendor sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier negotiations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and logistics teams to ensure timely procurement and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory, maintain purchase records, GRNs, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with export/shipping requirements and company procurement policies.
- Collaborate with accounts, warehouse, and operations for smooth supply chain execution.
Skills Required:
- 2–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG/export.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping/export procedures, inventory management, and basic accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Qualification:
- Graduation is mandatory.
