Job Location: Kudankulam, Tamil NaduJob Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of the Construction of Plant Buildings & Structures including all Associated Works of Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project (KKNPP). The candidate will be responsible for managing complete project activities including planning, coordination, construction execution, quality control, safety compliance, resource management, and timely completion of works as per project specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of plant building and structural works.
- Manage construction activities including RCC structures, buildings, foundations, associated civil works, and infrastructure works.
- Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, specifications, construction methodology, and project schedules.
- Ensure adherence to approved quality plans, inspection procedures, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and equipment utilization.
- Implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones within the scheduled timeline.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear project safety standards,



QA/QC requirements, and HSE procedures.
- Conduct progress review meetings and submit project status reports to management.
- Manage subcontractors and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Support testing, completion, documentation, and project handover activities.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) or relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in large-scale industrial, power, nuclear, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Experience in managing major RCC structures, plant buildings, and associated civil works.
- Prior experience in nuclear power projects or similar high-value projects will be an added advantage.
- Robust knowledge of construction management, contract management, planning, and execution.
