Role Description The Senior Project Manager role is a contract, on-site position based in Patna. This role is responsible for leading turnkey medical technology projects from initiation to completion, including site renovation, equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.

The Senior Project

Manager will coordinate with suppliers, engineers, technicians, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Daily activities include planning project schedules, monitoring progress, managing risks, overseeing inspections,



and resolving logistical and operational issues. The role also involves supervising expediting activities, optimizing logistics processes, preparing project documentation and reports, and supporting training and handover to client teams.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting to ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials, and services.

Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance practices for medical equipment and facility projects.

Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of transport, warehousing, and in office delivery.

Proven experience managing technical or construction-related projects, ideally in healthcare or medical technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and make data-informed decisions.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills, with attention to regulatory and safety requirements.

Willingness to work on-site in Patna and travel to project locations as needed.
