Lead project delivery, owner representation, design coordination, procurement, stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
· Review and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.
· Ensure timely execution, quality, and statutory compliance.
· Prepare technical reports and management dashboards.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and management.
· Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
· Lead overall project execution.
· Manage contracts, claims, procurement, and stakeholder communication.
Essential Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or relevant discipline.
· Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
· Experience in institutional, educational, healthcare, or large campus projects.
· Excellent communication and reporting skills.s
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
