Position Title Senior Project Manager - Operations Office works Location Gandhinagar Salary 60 000 - per month Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead operations and project execution in water treatment and renewable solar projects The ideal candidate will have a proven background in handling government tenders managing teams and ensuring the successful execution of projects from planning to delivery Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution across water treatment and solar projects Manage the preparation submission and execution of government tenders Ensure compliance with all regulatory contractual and quality standards Provide leadership and guidance to project teams ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource utilization Monitor project progress prepare reports and resolve issues proactively Coordinate with clients vendors contractors and government bodies to ensure smooth project execution Drive continuous improvement in project management processes Key Requirements 10 years of experience in project execution and management Robust expertise in operations and project management Hands-on experience with government tenders preparation submission execution Excellent people management and leadership skills Engineering background with strong technical knowledge particularly in water treatment projects Knowledge of solar projects preferred but not compulsory Strong communication problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Civil Mechanical Electrical or relevant field PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred Proven track record in handling large-scale EPC government projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 24 019 99 - 60 710 61 per month
