Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise software implementation and product development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, risk and issue management, change control, release planning, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients, Product Management, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Delivery teams to drive successful project execution, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project health through governance reviews, delivery metrics, financial tracking, and status reporting while proactively mitigating delivery risks and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Mentor project teams, promote delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and Agile best practices while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture

Preferred candidate profile What Do You Need to Succeed?

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 12–16 years of experience in Software Project Management,



with significant experience managing enterprise software implementation or product development projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and customer-facing software delivery programs.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, project governance, estimation techniques, and release management.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in risk management, scope management, budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent client-facing, leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams within quick-paced Agile environments.

Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience delivering Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech transformation programs.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
