About The Role We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Senior Training Manager to lead the organization's Learning & Development (L&D;) function. This role is central to building a high-performing, future-ready workforce — the ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in training and developing technology professionals, and in designing, developing, and delivering structured learning programs spanning Soft Skills, Product Training, Product Design & Engineering Fundamentals, AI Productivity Tools, Sales Training, Customer Service Excellence, Leadership Development, and Workplace Productivity.

The successful candidate will combine strong instructional design capability with business acumen — assessing organizational learning needs, mentoring employees at all levels, evaluating training effectiveness, and championing a culture of continuous learning and capability building across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned to business goals and workforce capability requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with department heads to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
- Design, curate, and continuously refine structured learning curricula covering technical, functional,



and behavioral competencies.
- Train, mentor, and groom technology employees, building both technical proficiency and professional readiness.
- Personally deliver and/or oversee facilitation of programs in Soft Skills, Product Training, Product Design, AI Productivity Tools, Sales Training, and Leadership Development.
- Build scalable onboarding and induction programs to accelerate current-hire productivity.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness, learning ROI, and business impact.
- Leverage learning analytics and feedback data to continuously improve program design and delivery methods.

Required Skills &Competencies;

· Learning & Development (L&D;) Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Instructional Design (ADDIE, Competency Mapping).

· Corporate Training Program Design and Delivery, including Technical Training, Soft Skills, Product Training, Product Design, and Sales Training.

· Learning Management Systems (LMS), Digital Learning Platforms, AI Productivity Tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude), and e-Learning solutions.

· Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Learning Analytics, KPI Reporting, and Training Effectiveness Measurement.

· Employee Coaching, Performance Development, Talent Grooming, and Continuous Learning Initiatives.
