Project Locations: Dwarka (Commercial Project) & South Delhi (Residential Project) Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities across project sites. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, quality, and material utilization. Oversee civil, MEP, and finishing works, ensuring timely completion. Verify work measurements, contractor bills, and site documentation. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide regular progress updates to management.
Qualifications: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in commercial and high-end residential construction projects. Robust knowledge of site execution, quality control, contractor management, and project coordination. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
