We are looking for a full time Senior Program Coordinator at The Lighthouse Project
- Role: Managing the Mentoring Program on a daily basis, conducting skill-based sessions with Mentees (Youth), and developing Intervention Strategies, Coordinating with stakeholders.
- Qualification: B.A. BMS, Bachelor's or Master's in Social Work or other related fields.
- Work Experience: 3 to 8 years.
- Salary: 5.40 lakhs to 8.40 lakhs PA.
