Roles & Responsibilities

- Manufacture Rapid Diagnostic Kits and ELISA reagents as per approved procedures.

- Perform buffer preparation, gold conjugation, nitrocellulose membrane (NCM) coating, and other production activities.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

- Monitor batch production, maintain production records, and complete documentation accurately.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to improve process efficiency.

- Coordinate with QA, QC, and other cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and maintain inventory as required.

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized production area.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: B.Sc. (Mandatory); M.Sc. preferred in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or Chemistry.

- Experience: 57 years in Rapid Kit, ELISA, or diagnostic reagent manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience in buffer preparation, gold conjugation, and NCM coating.

- Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, batch documentation, and quality systems.

- Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
