Primary Responsibilities Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Prospective Risk adjustment products supporting US healthcare operations
Translate organizational priorities, regulatory changes, and coding operational insights into actionable product strategies
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment to goals, consistent execution, and professional development
Serve as the voice of the customer by maintaining deep proximity to risk adjustment clients, understanding their workflows, challenges, and tool usage across multiple India delivery sites
User Responsibilities
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations,
change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications 5+ years of total experience with 3+ years in Product Management
Hands-on experience in Prospective Risk adjustment experience
Solid leadership experience managing Product Managers or cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of US healthcare and Medical coding risk adjustment operations in large-scale environments Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise workflow or healthcare products
