Job Summary The Procurement Manager will lead end-to-end procurement activities for renewable energy EPC projects, including strategic sourcing, vendor development, techno-commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, procurement planning, and timely delivery of materials while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end procurement for solar, wind, and renewable EPC projects.

· Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.

· Float RFQs/RFPs and perform techno-commercial evaluations.

· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

· Procure PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, cables, structures, BOS/BOP equipment, and other project materials.

· Manage supplier relationships, vendor development, and performance reviews.

· Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, QA/QC, and Logistics teams.





· Track procurement KPIs and ensure timely material availability.

· Administer EPC, supply, and service contracts.

· Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

· 9–24 years of procurement experience, preferably in Renewable Energy/EPC.

· Solid experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor development.

· Hands-on experience with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems.

· Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
