Role Description The Senior Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading end-to-end procurement activities for automotive spare parts. This role involves developing and executing procurement strategies, identifying and onboarding suppliers, and overseeing supplier evaluation and performance management.

The Senior Procurement

Manager will negotiate contracts and pricing, manage key supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory and demand forecasts, optimizing cost and delivery timelines, collaborating with operations, finance, and sales teams,



and using data-driven insights to improve procurement efficiency. The role also includes mentoring junior procurement staff and contributing to continuous process improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement capabilities, including experience in strategic sourcing and end-to-end Procurement for automotive aftermarket industry (Passenger vehicles).
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation, vendor selection, and ongoing supplier performance management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms while mitigating risk.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for cost analysis, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior procurement or supply chain leadership role, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and thrive in a quick-paced, high-volume environment with strict timelines.
