The Senior Process Consultant plays a strategic role in advising on enterprise-level process transformation and governance. The role involves overseeing process design initiatives, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring process consistency across multiple departments or projects.

- Analyze Business Workflows – Study current processes to

identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
- Gather Requirements – Collaborate with stakeholders to

understand business goals and operational needs.
- Design Process Improvements – Propose optimized workflows,

automation, and technology solutions.
- Document Processes – Create process maps, SOPs, and functional

documentation.
- Implement Solutions – Support deployment of new systems or

process changes.
- Monitor Performance – Track KPIs and assess the impact of

implemented changes.
- Facilitate Change Management – Help teams adapt to current

processes through training and communication.
- Ensure Compliance – Align processes with regulatory and





organizational standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with IT, operations, and

leadership to ensure alignment.
- Continuous Improvement – Recommend ongoing enhancements

based on feedback and data analysis.

Key Skills & Technologies: BPM, Lean, Six Sigma Requirement analysis & business case prep

ERP/BPM tools-/ Workflow Workshop facilitation Strategic documentation MBA or equivalent background preferred Extensive experience in process consulting and transformation Strong track record of leading digital transformation and policy/process design flows.GIS Frameworks and Tools is Preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
