- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.
- Create design layouts, 3D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility.
- Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs.
- Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently.
- Work within HomeLane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.
- Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handover.
- Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements.
- Ensure zero-defect designs by following HomeLane technical and quality guidelines.

- High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent tools.

Experience & Qualifications - 6–14+ years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors.

- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture;

postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Proven experience handling marquee or ultra-premium projects.
