We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior PowerPoint & Presentation Designer to support our Sales, Marketing, Bid Management, and Client Delivery teams. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience creating executive-level presentations, proposal documents, and visually compelling business communications in a fast-paced consulting or enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality executive presentations, pitch decks, and proposal documents.
- Transform complex information into visually engaging and impactful presentations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, bid, and delivery teams.
- Maintain presentation templates and brand consistency.
- Create infographics, process flows, diagrams,



and marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple design requests while meeting tight deadlines.
- Utilize AI tools and design automation to improve productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills
- Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Experience designing executive and client-facing presentations.
- Robust storytelling, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign is a plus).
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience supporting consulting, enterprise, or professional services organizations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
