We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Power BI, SSRS, SQL, and data visualization, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into meaningful dashboards and reports. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports to support operational and analytical reporting requirements.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
- Design and implement efficient data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to build accurate and reliable reporting solutions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure report accuracy and consistency.




- Optimize report performance and implement best practices for scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and application teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in report enhancements, production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Create technical documentation and maintain reporting standards.

Required Skills :

- 7 - 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI report and dashboard development.
- Strong experience in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Good understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
