Role Description The Power Platform Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad/Udaipur, responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform ( Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint Online, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform governance practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions

The role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into solution architectures, and oversee implementation from proof-of-concept through production. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading development teams, ensuring best practices, reviewing solution designs and code, managing project timelines, and supporting deployments and post-go-live optimization.

- Candidates should possess software development skills, such as experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft stack technologies (e.g., Azure, Dataverse, SharePoint), along with familiarity with scripting or programming languages.
- Candidates should possess solution architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions, integration patterns, and adherence to governance and best practices.
- Candidates should possess project management skills, including planning, estimation, task coordination, risk management, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Relevant additional qualifications include experience in enterprise digital transformation initiatives, prior leadership or team mentoring responsibilities, and exposure to consulting or client-facing roles.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred,

Key responsibilities:

Solution consulting and delivery

- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end Power Platform solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse solutions.
- Build dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
- Design integrations across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and external systems.
- Participate in architecture reviews and solution design discussions.

Power Platform governance

- Define and implement Power Platform governance frameworks.
- Establish environment strategies, administration standards, and security controls.
- Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Support licensing optimization and adoption initiatives.
- Monitor platform usage, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Drive Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment best practices.

Application support and enhancement

- Manage production support for enterprise applications.
- Lead incident management, problem management, and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with business users and global stakeholders to resolve critical issues.
- Plan and execute application enhancement roadmaps.

Leadership and stakeholder management

- Engage with business stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities.
- Mentor junior developers and consultants.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practice recommendations.
