Key Responsibilities •

Build reusable platform services, templates, golden paths and self-service capabilities.

- Design and automate cloud-native infrastructure across Azure and/or AWS.
- Build and operate Kubernetes-based platform services.
- Implement GitOps deployment patterns using Flux CD and/or Argo CD.
- Create CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Build reusable infrastructure modules using Terraform and Crossplane.
- Embed security, RBAC, policy, observability and, cost guardrails into platform patterns.
- Work with architects, SREs, security and product teams to standardize platform delivery.

Crossplane using Azure

Kubernetes

Helm, GitOps (Flux)

Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS; cloud networking, identity, security and governance.

- Kubernetes: Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, workload deployment, RBAC, ingress, secrets and production operations.
- GitOps:



Hands-on experience with Flux CD and/or Argo CD for deployment automation and workplace promotion.
- CI/CD: Strong experience with GitHub Actions, release workflows, rollback patterns and Git-based engineering practices.
- IaC: Strong experience with Terraform, reusable modules, state management and environment-based provisioning.
- Crossplane: Working knowledge of Crossplane, control plane concepts, compositions, claims and platform APIs.
- Programming (Dev): Good scripting or development skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Java or PowerShell.
- Observability: Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace or equivalent tools.
- Engineering Mindset: Strong automation focus with experience creating reusable patterns and supporting production systems.
