Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (PPC & SMM) to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns and marketplace operations across multiple platforms.

This role is responsible for driving online sales, improving ROAS, managing marketplace listings, and executing promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- YouTube Ads

- LinkedIn Ads

- Other relevant digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs including:

- ROAS

- CAC

- CTR

- Conversion Rate
- Manage media budgets and ensure optimal spend allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights.

Marketplace Management
- Manage brand presence across marketplaces such as:

- Amazon

- Flipkart

- Myntra

- Jiomart
- Other ecommerce and quick commerce platforms
- Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing, and inventory coordination.
- Optimize marketplace SEO and product visibility.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.

Promotions & Growth
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive offers, and sales events.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign assets.
- Identify growth opportunities through analytics and market trends.
- Work closely with sales and e-commerce teams to improve online revenue.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (PPC & SMM).




- Solid understanding of the digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform / Google Marketing 360 for campaign execution, audience targeting, analytics, attribution, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing ecommerce marketplaces.
- Expertise in creating and managing marketplace brand pages/storefronts to enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and drive conversions across ecommerce platforms.
- Experience managing seller panels across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc., including product listings, catalog management, campaign monitoring, and sales performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience managing a small team would be an asset.

- Adobe Analytics Suite (preferred)
- AI-enabled digital marketing tools and workflows for campaign automation, audience segmentation, predictive analytics, content optimization, and performance enhancement across digital channels.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with D2C, retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or ecommerce brands.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing and WhatsApp Business API.
