Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional expert for payment systems and payment operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support implementation and enhancement of payment products and services.
- Work with technology teams during development, testing, and deployment.
- Handle payment-related incidents, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and payment industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for payment processing.
- Review payment workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in UAT, SIT, and production validation activities.
- Prepare business documentation including BRD, FRD, SOPs, and process flows.
- Support payment system migrations and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor payment operations and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Stay updated with evolving payment technologies and industry trends.
