Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll Functional Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations, configuration, testing, production support, and payroll compliance, along with solid functional consulting and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud US Payroll implementations and enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, and document payroll business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud US Payroll components, including earnings, deductions, tax configurations, costing, and payroll elements.
- Support payroll parallel runs, validation, reconciliation, and payroll processing.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions.
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.




- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Participate in release management, regression testing, and impact analysis.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with Core HR, Time and Labor, Benefits, and cross-functional teams.
- Support project planning, effort estimation, risk identification, and status reporting.
- Maintain configuration documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Develop reusable templates and solution accelerators for Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll implementations.
