§ Co-ordinate with all clients for their operation requirement and their future operation planning. § Business Development.
§ Closely monitoring daily dispatches and receipts.
§ Giving more focus on timely delivery and POD.
§ Monitoring monthly stock take and ensuring zero stock variance.
§ Helping warehouse team for stock reconciliation.
§ Develop warehouse operation SOP.
§ To ensure all warehouses space are fully utilized.
§ To conduct warehouse process audit and review the audit reports and close non – conformity reports.
§ To receive and approve the bills of vendors and forward to accounts team for payment. § Conducting safety audits at all warehouses and closing pending issues.
