About the Role:
An Operations Analyst who works closely with clients to understand their operational requirements, analyze business processes, provide data-driven insights, and ensure smooth service delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
- Provide operational support and coordinate with US clients across different time zones, including early morning and late-night working hours.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns.
- Coordinate with internal team and leads for trial service.
- Support onboarding and implementation of current clients.
