- Experience with application and system monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Recent Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana)
- Strong background in monitoring, ing, and incident management
- Experience working with performance and user-experience telemetry (web and mobile applications)
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and data ingestion
- Experience supporting production applications and improving issue detection/resolution
- Familiarity with Real User Monitoring (RUM) and performance analytics is highly preferred
- Experience with Akamai mPulse, Contentsquare, or similar digital experience monitoring tools is a plus
Role Responsibilities
- Integrate user experience and performance monitoring data into the observability platform
- Create dashboards and s to detect customer-impacting issues early
- Improve visibility into application performance and front-end errors
- Support faster troubleshooting and reduction of incident resolution times
- Partner with engineering teams to enhance monitoring coverage across Disney digital products
Experience Level
- Senior-level resource (preferably 7+ years of relevant experience)
- Strong independent contributor who can drive the work with minimal supervision
