Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Senior ML & AI Instructor & Trainer at SkilD Education. The role involves designing and delivering advanced machine learning and AI curricula for data-focused programs, including live online lectures, workshops, and labs.

The instructor will prepare teaching materials, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects that align with industry standards and SkilD’s learning outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding learners through complex concepts, reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback, and offering one-on-one mentorship. The role also includes collaborating with the curriculum and product teams, updating course content based on emerging trends, supporting learner evaluations,



and contributing to community events such as webinars and hackathons.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core machine learning and AI concepts (e.g., supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering, deep learning) and their practical application in industry.
- Hands-on experience with common ML and AI tools and technologies, such as Python, relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch), and cloud-based data or ML platforms.
- Background in data engineering or analytics workflows, including data wrangling, data pipelines, model deployment, and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring experience in technical subjects, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different skill levels.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills suitable for live online classes, workshops, and community events.
- Ability to design structured curricula, learning paths, and project-based assessments that reflect real-world practices and industry expectations.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment, managing time effectively, and using digital tools for instruction, feedback, and learner support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
