Senior MES Developer (Apriso) – Implementation & Development Support

Should have End to End Implementation experience.

Location: Aurangabad - SambhajiNagar , Maharashtra

We are looking for a Senior MES Developer with end-to-end DELMIA Apriso (FlexNet) MES implementation experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end MES implementation, configuration, customization, and production support.
- Develop custom MES modules using .NET (Java experience is an added advantage).
- Configure and customize DELMIA Apriso MES solutions to meet business requirements.
- Integrate MES with PLCs, shop-floor equipment, and ERP systems using APIs.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Apriso BI.
- Perform application testing, debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Manage deployments, version releases, and environment migrations.
- Prepare and maintain technical architecture and implementation documentation.





Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in DELMIA Apriso (FlexNet) MES.
- Strong experience in end-to-end MES implementation and production support.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET (Java is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle Database.
- Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and ERP connectivity.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
- Experience working with PLC integrations and industrial automation environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
