Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Visit colleges, universities, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and industry partners to establish collaborations and generate admissions/leads.

Plan and execute field marketing activities, campus drives, seminars, workshops, education expos, and promotional events.

Build and strengthen the Elysium Group brand through online and offline marketing campaigns.

Generate quality leads and support admission, training, and business development targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.





Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.

Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Academic, and Operations teams to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills

MBA in Marketing / Business Administration from a recognized university.

Minimum 15+ years of marketing experience. At least 5 years of experience in the EdTech, Education, IT Training, or Learning & Development industry.

Proven experience in handling marketing teams, institutional partnerships, and field marketing activities.

Solid experience in college relationship management, admissions marketing, and educational promotions.
