Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with 1215 years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing marketing, preferably in automotive components. This role requires a strategic and result-oriented professional who can drive B2B marketing, lead generation, OEM relationships, export business growth, and brand development. The candidate will lead the marketing function for the entire group of companies, collaborate with sales and product development, and take ownership of market strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across Group Companies to drive business growth and brand positioning in domestic and international markets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and export customers, maintaining strategic relationships with them.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions, product development, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D;, Product Development,



and Operations for effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Strengthen brand presence through effective corporate communication and digital marketing initiatives, including website, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Monitor the marketing budget and ensure measurable ROI from all marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance excellence and alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand credibility and business partnerships.
- Drive consistent, result-oriented marketing execution that supports Group Companies' strategic direction and growth objectives.

Educational Qualification & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering; MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- Proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, and business development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Exposure to International marketing & Export operations will be an advantage.
- A proactive, hands-on skilled with a growth mindset and commercial expertise.
