You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen the overall brand experience. Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute customer engagement and retention campaigns.
Develop monthly marketing calendars and campaign plans.
Lead tenant engagement initiatives, activations, and community events.
Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage social media content and digital brand presence.
Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and web analytics.
Track customer satisfaction and NPS, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with internal teams.
Build strong relationships with tenants, agencies, media partners, and event vendors.
Support ESG-aligned marketing initiatives and enhance overall customer experience.

MBA or equivalent qualification.
6+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Customer Experience, Events, or Client Engagement.
Strong experience managing large-scale corporate events and engagement initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Exposure to social media marketing and campaign execution.
Comfortable working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Solid analytical, presentation, and reporting skills. Key Competencies
Strong customer/tenant engagement and relationship management experience.
Experience in customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) tracking or customer experience initiatives.
Ability to create and execute marketing calendars and retention campaigns.
Strong content creation/copywriting skills for marketing communication.
Comfortable handling customer grievances/escalations with cross-functional coordination.
Exposure to web analytics and social media performance reporting.
