Overview

We are seeking a highly connected and experienced Off-Site Marketing Consultant specializing in the powder coating sector. This unique opportunity is tailored for established marketing professionals, including industry veterans who may have stepped away from the field but wish to capitalize on their extensive networks and industry insights.

As a crucial extension of our team, you will act as a strategic consultant, leveraging your established relationships with key accounts to connect STTATICOAT with a broader customer base in the Western Indian industrial market. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Networking: Act as an off-site marketing consultant, utilizing your established industry connections to introduce STTATICOAT to key accounts and prospective clients.

Market Expansion: Facilitate market penetration within the Western Indian industrial market by matching the right customers with STTATICOAT’s advanced powder coating solutions.

Dealer Network Development:



Recommend connections to establish a robust dealer network to ensure broad and efficient product distribution.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as a bridge between STTATICOAT and key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and aligning them with our company culture and capabilities.

Ongoing Consultation: Provide continuous market insights and strategic guidance to assist in the long-term growth of the client base.

Qualifications & Requirements

Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in marketing or technical sales within the powder coating industry.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of and connections within the Western Indian industrial market.

Product Expertise: Proven experience and past success selling within the following specific product sectors:

Corrosion Resistance powder coatings (C3 to C5 grades).

Super durable powder coatings for the Architectural facade segment.

Wooden finish powder coatings.

Dealer Management: A demonstrated track record of successfully establishing and managing a dealer network.

Skilled Profile: Self-motivated, well-connected, and capable of operating independently as an off-site consultant.

Compensation Structure

STTATICOAT values the time, knowledge, and relationships you bring to the table. Rather than a one-time consultation fee, this role operates on an ongoing revenue-per-sale model. This long-term commission structure is designed to continuously respect and reward your competencies and the enduring value of the customer relationships you establish.
