Job Summary The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting business development and project acquisition activities by assisting in tender preparation, coordinating with various project sites for collecting technical and commercial inputs, monitoring project progress, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role requires solid coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills to ensure timely submission of tenders and smooth execution of awarded projects along with good command over English (verbal and written)

Role & responsibilities

- Support preparation, compilation, and timely submission of tenders, bids, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and project sites to gather technical, commercial, and operational inputs for tender costing.
- Assist estimation teams by providing accurate project information and required supporting documents.




- Liaise with clients for tender-related communications, clarifications, approvals, and resolution of pending matters.
- Maintain and update records of tenders, contracts, project progress, and client correspondence.
- Generate status reports, track follow-ups, and ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Working in similar field).
- 3-5 years of experience in tendering support, project coordination, estimation or business development activities.
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
