Position Summary:

The Senior Manager Tendering &

- Bid Management will lead end-to-end tender management for government, PSU, and private sector opportunities across India. The role includes prospect identification, bid strategy, technical-commercial proposal preparation, pricing, contract review, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maximize bid success.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification:

- Monitor GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals, state tenders, and private procurement platforms.

- Review tender opportunities.

- Assess bid eligibility.

- Prepare Go/No-Go analysis.

Bid Management:

- Lead complete bid lifecycle.

- Prepare bid schedules.

- Coordinate internal stakeholders.

- Ensure timely submissions.

- Maintain bid compliance.

Technical Proposal:

Coordinate preparation of

- Technical Specifications

- Compliance Statements

- Method Statements

- Execution Methodology

- Project Schedule

- Resource Plans

Commercial Proposal:

Client Coordination:
