Role Description The Senior Manager Supply Chain Management is a full time, on-site role based in West Delhi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations for the society’s campuses. The role involves managing procurement processes, supplier relationships, and contracts to ensure timely availability of educational, administrative, and infrastructure-related materials and services.

The Senior

Manager will monitor inventory levels, develop and implement inventory control systems, and optimize stock replenishment across locations. Daily responsibilities include analyzing demand and usage patterns, coordinating with school leadership and functional teams,



and ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and transparent purchasing practices. The role also requires continuous process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and the use of supply chain management tools to strengthen efficiency, quality, and risk management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Supply Management skills, with experience in planning, sourcing, and logistics coordination.

Candidates should possess Purchase Management skills, including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement compliance.

Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, including demand forecasting, stock control, and optimization across multiple locations.

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, manage budgets, and support strategic decision-making.

Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SCM, materials management) is an advantage.

Proven experience in managing supply chain or procurement functions, preferably in education, institutional, or multi-site operations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with academic and administrative teams.

Proficiency in ERP or supply chain software, MS Excel, and reporting tools; familiarity with compliance and audit processes related to purchasing and inventory.
