Daily responsibilities include sales forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiation, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes and tools. The role also includes mentoring team members, representing the company at industry events, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand HPCSL’s ICD network and service offerings.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in EXIM Sales Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, market trends,



and sales performance metrics to inform decisions.

Candidates should possess business planning expertise, including sales strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, and territory management.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management across internal and external partners.

Candidates should possess a customer-focused approach with proven customer service capabilities and experience nurturing long-term client relationships.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience in sales operations, including CRM usage, pipeline management, reporting, and process optimization.

Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, EXIM, or related industries is highly preferred.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams is required.

A bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
