We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our jewellery retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store, leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure smooth functioning.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the counter sales executives and store staff.

- Drive individual and overall store sales to achieve monthly and annual business targets.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.

- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and adherence to company policies.

- Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.

- Manage inventory, stock verification, replenishment, and product security.

- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily store closing procedures.

- Coordinate with management on merchandising, promotions,



and inventory planning.

- Train, mentor, and develop the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales performance.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 2-5 years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 2 years in a store management or team leadership role.

- Proven experience in handling store operations and managing retail staff.

- Robust leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.

- Good understanding of jewellery retail operations, inventory management, billing systems, and visual merchandising.

- Target-oriented with the ability to drive sales and improve store performance.

- Proficient in MS Office and retail billing/POS software.
