We are looking for an experienced Electrical Senior Manager with a strong background in the fabrication/manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing Electrical & Mechanical systems, maintenance, project execution, Utility and ensuring smooth plant operations with compliance to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all Electrical & Mechanical systems, machinery, and

equipment in the fabrication unit
- Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure zero downtime

Strong experience in managing electrical & mechanical systems of EOT Cranes, Grit Blasting units, and Conveyor systems in a fabrication/manufacturing setting
- Plan and execute electrical projects, installations, and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and maintenance teams for smooth

operations
- Handle electrical load management, energy optimization, and cost control
- Supervise and guide a team of electricians and technicians




- Troubleshoot electrical faults in fabrication machinery such as CNC, welding

machines, cutting equipment
- Maintain documentation related to electrical systems, audits, and inspections
- Vendor management for electrical components and services

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control panels
- Experience in fabrication industry machinery and operations
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, SCADA systems is preferred
- Understanding of electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance (like ISO, electrical safety

norms)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in heavy fabrication / sheet metal / structural fabrication
- Knowledge of energy management and cost optimization
- Exposure to automation and process improvement
