Description The Intelligent Automation Senior Manager will be responsible for identifying & leading discovery and supporting design and deployment of the advanced automation solutions. The Senior manager will own all process &
- Prospect analysis & documentation through the Discovery phase of Automation life-cycle. He will lead completion of cost-benefit analysis and support design of future state.Key Responsibilities Engage with GAM business leaders to analyze current business challenges & goals to identify & proactively recommend Transformation areas based on industry wins & internal potential. Support different functions in GAM business to build multi-year roadmap for transformation and translate these roadmaps into specific, interconnected projects for meeting long-term business goals. Work collaboratively to qualify these areas through pre-discovery and build IA discovery opportunities. Work with business & technology/ EDAI &
- Innovation stakeholders to lead IA discoveries - current state mapping & reviews, Chance identification & prioritization and ensure that all opportunities are tracked & prioritized for solution design. Support solution design &
- Implementation with required process analysis & other documentation. Viewed as a subject matter expert within the business &
- IA team on asset management and provide guidance on relevant best practices.
Provide coaching to team members to help them build asset management expertise. Provide mentoring & review support through their discoveries for higher business impact. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the asset management processes Drive & support activities required to build an IA program. Actively pursue the developments in IA toolkit and Contribute to Proof of Concepts &
- Proof of Value for new technologies.
